Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Pearl City Construction is seeking a proactive Site Engineer to join its Dubai team and oversee construction projects ranging from G+2 to G+4 buildings. The role demands strong decision‑making, effective communication, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise on‑site teams, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, safety issues, and logistical constraints.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, material usage, and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to align on project goals.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and make decisive judgments.
• Experience managing teams and handling daily operational tasks independently.
• Familiarity with G+2, G+3, or G+4 building projects is preferred for supervisory roles.
