Site Engineer – Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm (Maintenance)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer specialized in fire fighting and fire alarm system maintenance to lead on‑site activities in Dubai. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all fire safety installations meet regulatory and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate daily site activities and manage maintenance teams.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and fire pump systems.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and service documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, NFPA standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor material requirements and support spare parts planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fire fighting and fire alarm maintenance.
• UAE experience preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
