Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our construction team on a high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities on site, liaising with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, consultants, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Review and approve method statements in consultation with the Construction Manager and ensure consultant approval before execution.
• Supervise General Foreman and Foremen, providing guidance to achieve effective performance.
• Verify drawings against site conditions and communicate any required adjustments to the execution team.
• Prepare material requests, monitor deliveries, and confirm receipt against purchase orders.
• Perform engineering calculations and civil design analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Generate inspection test requests for each activity and maintain accurate documentation.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and monitor material issuance from stores.
• Support the Construction Manager with regular feedback and coordinate MEP activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction projects, preferably high‑rise tower developments.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with material logistics, inspection testing and progress reporting.
