Site Engineer

About the role

Civil Power General Contracting LLC (CPGC) is an Abu Dhabi‑based construction firm delivering projects across healthcare, education, industrial, retail, residential, commercial and military sectors. We are looking for a Site Engineer to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality execution on active construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and construction activities, reviewing method statements and material submittals.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, inspection requests and maintain site records.
• Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, project managers and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and support cost and schedule control.
• Identify site risks, promote safe working practices and promptly report non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site supervision and project execution.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and civil drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Working knowledge of quality‑control procedures, method statements, risk assessments and site safety requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing daily reports, inspection requests, progress records and quantity measurements.
