Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager – Fit‑out (Dubai)

About the role

Turnkey Renovations is seeking a proactive Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to oversee fit‑out projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations and verify work complies with drawings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and clients to meet project schedules.
• Monitor timelines, track material deliveries and manage site logistics.
• Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies and communicate issues.
• Conduct quality checks on finishing works and resolve snags promptly.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, material requirements and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification from Dubai Municipality.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE fit‑out sector.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes and Dubai building regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of finishing works and quality inspection procedures.
