Site Engineer / Supervisor – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Supervisor to lead interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will manage daily on‑site activities, ensure work is performed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day site operations for interior fit‑out works.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors and site crews to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress, quality and compliance with design, safety and HSE standards.
• Prepare daily site reports covering progress, material needs and any issues.
• Allocate manpower, resolve on‑site problems promptly and maintain site discipline and cleanliness.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in the fit‑out industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
