About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead interior fit‑out, furniture and decoration projects at our Dubai factory. The successful candidate will oversee daily site activities, ensure quality standards and maintain smooth coordination among all parties.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and direct on‑site teams, including carpenters, fit‑out specialists and labourers.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor progress against schedules, resolve issues and enforce health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Maintain site documentation, reports and quality control records.
- Manage site logistics, including equipment and vehicle usage.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit‑out, furniture manufacturing, carpentry or decoration.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Available to work in the UAE.

- Site supervision and coordination.
