Site Manager – AFCAP V UAE SWA Logistics (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Site Manager will lead KBR's AFCAP V Southwest Asia Logistics (SWA) support operations in Abu Dhabi. This on‑site position requires a Secret security clearance and is responsible for overseeing all logistics, property accountability, and equipment management activities to support U.S. Air Force operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all personnel and subcontractors at the task‑order location.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative, Administrative Contracting Officer, government customers, and installation leadership.
• Make decisions and direct employees and subcontractors on behalf of the contractor.
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement, Task Order Management Plan, Quality Control, Safety, and Security plans.
• Oversee monthly inventories of BEAR equipment, Mission Ready Spares Packages, R‑14 accountable property, R‑15 consumables, airfield‑damage‑repair equipment, tools, and shop equipment.
• Manage inventory reporting, reconciliation of missing or damaged property, and transfer‑of‑accountability requests.
• Coordinate equipment turn‑ins, shipments, receipts, and transfers to DLA Disposition Services, ensuring proper DD Form 1149 documentation.
• Maintain daily coordination with the Contracting Officer’s Representative, Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, and other government stakeholders.

Required profile

• Valid Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience managing logistics support services, property accountability, and equipment inventories in a government or military environment.
• Ability to lead personnel, make operational decisions, and direct subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of contractual compliance, safety, quality control, and security requirements.
• Excellent coordination skills with government contracting officers and engineering units.
