Site Manager Cable Projects

About the role

Albatha Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead high‑voltage power cable installation projects, primarily 132kV and above, across Sharjah. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities for HV cable installation, including laying, pulling, jointing, termination, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors to achieve schedule and quality targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks and risk assessments to enforce safety and quality compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records and act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience on HV power cable projects (132kV and above), preferably with utility firms such as DEWA, SEWA or FEWA.
• Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors and resolve on‑site issues.
