Site Manager – High-End Villa Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead high‑end villa construction projects from inception to handover. You will be the primary point of contact on‑site, ensuring that all activities align with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and maintain progress against the project plan.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Monitor workmanship and materials to meet established quality standards.
• Control project costs and timelines to deliver within budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Site Manager on villa or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local authority regulations.
• Proven ability to manage several subcontractors simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
