Site Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for a Site Merchandiser to shape the online shopping experience for our luxury portfolio in Dubai. You will work closely with product, tech and purchasing teams to ensure product visibility, brand consistency and sales growth across our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and retire categories, collections and product recommendations on the website.
• Maintain SKU and label consistency with ERP systems and align with the online brand strategy.
• Coordinate product launches, content requests and stock allocations with brands and purchasing.
• Activate and monitor promotions, discounts, GWP and PWP across all markets.
• Use sales and customer analytics to optimise product placement, assortment and navigation.
• Operate Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) for on‑site merchandising and collaborate on new functionalities.

Required profile

• Experience in e‑commerce merchandising or product management within a retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable merchandising decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
