About the role
Amazon is looking for a Site Process Engineer to join its Fulfillment Center in Abu Dhabi. You will work on the shop floor, applying continuous‑improvement methodologies to boost productivity, quality and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute the Fulfilment Centre improvement plan.
- Coordinate with AMET teams and all management levels to implement new structures, processes and activities.
- Support launches and roll‑out of new processes across the site.
- Lead Kaizen/PDCA projects, track performance metrics and ensure data‑driven decision making.
- Facilitate the deployment of standards and best practices throughout the network.
Required profile
- Adaptable, challenge‑motivated and comfortable working directly on the shop floor.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep customer focus, self‑motivation and solid project‑management capabilities.
