Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Abu Dhabi team. The SRE will design, build and operate highly available cloud infrastructure, applying automation, observability and DevOps best practices to ensure reliability and performance of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable, fault‑tolerant cloud environments on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Automate provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and incident‑response processes using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Define and track service level indicators (SLIs), objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs).
• Support disaster‑recovery planning and enforce security best practices.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in site reliability, DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward automation.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, enterprise‑scale environments.
