Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

About the role

BCD Global is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead premium interior design projects from handover through to final completion in Dubai. You will translate designers' concepts into reality, ensuring high‑quality execution, strict adherence to schedules, and seamless coordination among all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site progress and track timelines against the master schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to contractors and execution partners to uphold BCD’s quality standards.
• Set clear phase goals, compile interim and final checklists, and deliver comprehensive progress reports to management.
• Act as the first line of defense on‑site, resolving conflicts, structural hurdles, or unexpected bottlenecks.
• Serve as the central communication hub between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to prevent delays.
• Interpret complex technical layouts and ensure accurate on‑site execution.
• Liaise proactively when design deviations occur, balancing client requirements with design integrity.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of proven experience supervising residential and commercial interior projects, especially high‑end villas.
• Deep practical knowledge of premium interior materials, modular fittings, and civil/MEP interdependencies.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for reading and cross‑verifying drawings on‑site.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word) for tracking schedules and checklists.
