Site Supervisor

About the role

The company is seeking a hands‑on Site Supervisor to lead renovation, fit‑out and maintenance projects across Dubai. You will coordinate technicians, ensure quality workmanship and maintain strong customer relations while delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily renovation and maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Manage and coordinate technicians, helpers and subcontractors.
• Inspect sites, gather customer requirements and plan manpower, materials and tools.
• Monitor work quality, progress and timely completion.
• Oversee trades such as painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, gypsum/false ceiling, carpentry, AC maintenance and general repairs.
• Identify material needs, arrange purchasing and delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and flag any issues promptly.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure proper handover.
• Enforce safety procedures for all personnel.
• Assist in preparing basic estimates, BOQs and measurements when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site or Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai or the UAE.
• Good knowledge of renovation, fit‑out and general maintenance works.
• Ability to manage multiple technicians and jobs simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Basic English proficiency; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
