Site Supervisor

About the role

Al Ijaada Projects LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on‑site teams for wellness‑related fit‑out projects across Dubai. You will ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of workers and installation teams on project sites.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate resources to meet project requirements.
• Monitor installation of sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, flooring, sports courts and related works.
• Check workmanship quality and adherence to installation procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, client, consultant and other contractors.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools and manpower; minimise waste.
• Report material shortages, site issues, delays and technical problems to management.
• Provide daily progress updates and regular reports to the Project Manager.
• Enforce company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Inspect completed works before hand‑over and assist with snagging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor in the UAE.
• Background in fit‑out, construction, flooring, wellness or sports‑flooring projects.
• Strong knowledge of site installation and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• UAE driving licence and good English communication skills.
