Site Team Leader – Editions (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an Editions Site Team Leader to join Deliveroo’s Dubai operations. In this hands‑on role you will support site management to maximise customer satisfaction, productivity and inventory accuracy while ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site team on shift, prioritising tasks to meet company objectives and KPI targets.
• Supervise compliance with standard operating procedures and coach staff on best practices.
• Communicate professionally with Deliveroo riders and oversee accurate order dispatch.
• Ensure deliveries are handled according to company policies, especially during peak periods.
• Maintain high food‑safety standards, a clean and organised kitchen, and conduct H&S checks.
• Build positive relationships with external parties such as neighbours, landlords and contractors.
• Oversee accurate time‑keeping, break management and adherence to working‑time regulations.
• Collaborate with site management and other stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar fast‑paced environment (preferred but not essential).
• Hands‑on mentality with a proven record of meeting KPI targets.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and motivate team members.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Right to work in the UK (as stated in the posting).
• Ability to run shifts independently and contribute to a positive workplace.
