Skills Development Partner – Learning & Development

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Skills Development Partner to lead learning and skills development strategies across its global workforce. The role will design, develop and deliver future‑focused learning solutions that align with the Group’s values and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design impactful learning solutions that address strategic priorities and build future‑ready capabilities.
• Facilitate engaging learner‑centred experiences through virtual and in‑person workshops, digital content and bite‑sized modules.
• Create and scale learning journeys, leveraging technology to build capability at scale.
• Continuously improve facilitation standards using feedback and emerging best practices.
• Champion social and collaborative learning to foster a culture of continuous development.
• Apply data‑driven evaluation methods to ensure measurable business impact.
• Partner with the Learning & Talent ecosystem to deliver integrated, purpose‑led solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, specifically within training or people development.
• Proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly and demonstrate resilience.
• Strong curiosity, growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Ability to communicate and facilitate with impact.
• Comfortable using digital tools and advocating for data‑driven decisions.
• Strategic thinker with a future‑focused approach to employee experience.
