Social Content Producer

About the role

As a Social Content Producer you will design and run a high‑volume content engine for a fast‑growing retail group in the GCC. You will shape the Arabic digital content strategy, create engaging video clips, and optimise performance through data‑driven testing.

Key responsibilities

• Build a content distribution engine capable of 30–40 weekly posts.
• Define clip strategy including hooks, thumbnails, titles, cut styles and timing.
• Establish reporting on retention, saves, shares, and follower conversion.
• Run weekly performance reviews with programming and production teams.
• Produce quick‑turn formats and edit on the spot.
• Conduct A/B testing of formats, packaging, cadence and creator collaborations.
• Phase out under‑performing formats and double down on winners.
• Lead Arabic digital content strategy and execution across social media platforms.
• Drive audience growth, analytics and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in content strategy, digital and influencer marketing within the creator ecosystem.
• Platform‑native expertise with a proven track record of growing channels.
• Strong editorial instinct to capture attention and stop scrolling.
• High‑output mindset focused on rapid shipping and testing.
• Data‑literate and action‑oriented, using dashboards to inform decisions.
• Comfortable pushing teams to maintain speed and consistency.
