Social Media Manager & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Business Development Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support business growth across our hospitality concepts. The role combines social media management with business development activities within our restaurant and hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Create engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.
• Manage content calendars, monitor trends and respond to customer inquiries.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, tourism partners and event organisers.
• Support the launch of new restaurant concepts and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and generate leads to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or business development, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and build strong networks.
