Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Specialist plans, creates and manages content across Oryan Realty's social media channels. Working with agents and photographers, the role supports property launches, brand campaigns, market commentary and lifestyle content that showcases our expertise in Dubai's residential market.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the social strategy, own the content calendar and develop platform‑specific concepts that balance property, lifestyle and thought‑leadership content.
• Create and edit captions, Reels, Stories and short‑form video; brief photographers, videographers and designers, repurpose assets and ensure accuracy before publishing.
• Identify high‑value listings, build content around architecture, interiors and location, and coordinate listing campaigns while supporting agents’ personal social presence.
• Monitor comments, messages and mentions, route enquiries and leads to agents, engage with industry content and maintain a professional brand tone.
• Track reach, engagement, growth and traffic; report performance with recommendations and benchmark competitors and emerging trends.
• Uphold brand standards, ensure confidentiality, follow approval processes and keep content libraries organised.
• Partner with Residential and Marketing teams, manage multiple briefs and deadlines, advise on formats and platform best practice.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on social media management with strong Instagram and LinkedIn capability.
• Proven strategy and content‑planning skills, excellent written English and copywriting ability.
• Strong visual and brand judgement, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Confident stakeholder management, professional discretion and collaborative attitude.
• Creative, commercially aware and proactive with a genuine interest in luxury property.
