Social Media Manager – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Marrfa Discovery Real Estate LLC is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence in Dubai’s real‑estate market. Based in Business Bay, the role will collaborate closely with the marketing team and videographer to produce engaging, platform‑specific content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media channels.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies.
• Plan, maintain and update content calendars.
• Coordinate daily content creation with the videographer and marketing team.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and copy for each platform.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai real‑estate trends and emerging social media formats.
• Monitor analytics, engagement metrics and overall page growth.
• Schedule posts to ensure a consistent brand presence.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably within real‑estate.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ecosystems.
• Creative mindset with excellent content creation and communication abilities.
• Awareness of current social media trends and formats.
• Knowledge of Dubai real‑estate market is a plus.
