Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Specialist to own and expand our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging content that aligns with our brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that support company goals.
• Manage daily publishing on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and relevant channels.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Write compelling captions, posts and copy for each platform.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and creators to produce visual assets.
• Produce short‑form videos such as Reels, Stories and TikTok clips.
• Monitor trends, competitors and industry developments.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.
• Schedule and publish content according to the approved calendar.
• Track performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, follower growth and other KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve content based on data.
• Support paid social campaigns when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Experience creating engaging social media content.
• Good copywriting and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• UAE experience is a plus.
• Experience in an agency or consultancy environment is an advantage.

• Canva (or similar basic content creation tools).
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok platforms.
