About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer specialized in Quality Assurance to join our digital banking team. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our web, mobile, and API-driven services.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and execute test strategies, plans and cases for banking applications, APIs, micro‑services and web/mobile channels.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, API, UAT and end‑to‑end testing across platforms.
Build and maintain automated test suites to increase coverage and release quality.
Validate REST APIs, event‑driven integrations and backend services.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and DevOps throughout the SDLC.
Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, defect triage and release readiness assessments.
Execute test automation within CI/CD pipelines and support shift‑left quality practices.
Track, report and manage defects to resolution while meeting quality gates.

Required profile

5+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years testing enterprise applications and APIs.
Background in Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending or FinTech.
Strong understanding of API‑driven architectures, micro‑services and regulated environments.
Experience with high‑availability, security‑focused customer‑facing applications.
