Software Sales Executive – IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on driving new business for our IT solutions portfolio, including software, hardware and cloud services. You will work closely with clients to understand their technology needs and propose tailored offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and market research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, assessing their IT requirements and delivering customized solutions.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to position our products effectively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and forecasts using CRM software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of software, hardware and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions.
