Software Solutions Sales Executive

About the role

Royex Technologies is seeking a Software Solutions Sales Executive to combine strong sales abilities with technical knowledge. You will identify client needs, present tailored digital solutions, and drive the full sales cycle for mobile app, web, and software development services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for mobile app, web, and software development services.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct client meetings (onsite and virtual) to gather requirements and present Royex’s services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic technical documentation in coordination with the technical team.
• Deliver product and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, demo, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, client records, and reports.
• Build long‑term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Basic to strong understanding of software development, mobile apps, and web technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
• Capability to manage multiple leads and client interactions efficiently.
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE sales experience in technical, IT, or client‑facing roles.
• Experience selling IT services, software solutions, or CRM is an advantage.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 8,000.
• Sales commissions of 5 % to 10 %.
