Solution Advisor – SAP Academy for Customer Success (UAE)

About the role

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is looking for a UAE National to join as a Solution Advisor. You will work closely with customers and prospects, helping them address business challenges and achieve strategic goals using SAP solutions. This is a full‑time, 10‑month program that combines classroom learning, on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings and software demonstrations.
• Support sales deals by presenting SAP’s value proposition and answering technical questions.
• Engage in marketing events, design‑thinking workshops and lead generation activities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.
• After program completion, lead customer discovery sessions and deliver high‑impact demos.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong interest in technology and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
• Motivation to learn continuously and grow within a sales environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP solutions and ability to articulate their business benefits.
