Solution Advisor – SAP Customer Success Program

About the role

The Solution Advisor joins SAP's Next Gen Academy to help customers solve business challenges using SAP solutions. This full‑time position combines sales expertise with technical knowledge, guiding clients through digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings and software demonstrations to showcase SAP’s value proposition.
• Support deal execution by responding to requests for proposals and generating demand through marketing events.
• Lead design‑thinking workshops and identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.
• Complete a 10‑month structured program that includes on‑the‑job training, mentorship and global experiential learning.
• After program completion, independently run customer discovery sessions and deliver high‑impact solution presentations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in both technical and business processes.
• Demonstrated customer‑facing skills and ability to work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Quick learner who can adapt to changing environments and apply new concepts effectively.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, its uses and ethical considerations.
