Solution Architect – Digital Asset Infrastructure

About the role

As a Solution Architect in the EMEA Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the Middle East’s largest banks and financial institutions. From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end‑to‑end accountability for the solutions delivered.
• Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across the Middle East.
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Supporting strategic pre‑sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering post‑sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems (one is a must, both is a strong advantage).
• Software development experience and a hands‑on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is desirable.
