Solutions Architect – MECCA

About the role

As a Solutions Architect on the MECCA team, you will bridge high‑level business strategy with technical implementation for Chainalysis customers. You will guide prospects, partners and public‑sector clients through the sales cycle, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discussions, create value‑focused solution designs and secure technical wins.
• Design and build custom deployment and integration plans for Chainalysis products.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed specifications for Product and Engineering teams.
• Demonstrate solutions to inspire confidence and become a trusted technical advisor.
• Identify business opportunities and support sales enablement for partners and channel alliances.

Required profile

• Experience building custom deployment plans for SaaS products.
• Technical generalist comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, and container technologies.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies and cloud‑native security principles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
