Solutions Sales Engineer

About the role

The Solutions Sales Engineer will support Cainiao Group's sales team in delivering cutting‑edge supply chain digitalization solutions to clients across the United Arab Emirates. This role combines deep technical knowledge of supply‑chain software with strong customer‑facing skills to create value‑driven proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in presenting and implementing the Business Unit's software portfolio, including supply chain execution software, Control Tower, Planning, and AI Agents.
• Apply a thorough understanding of digital transformation scenarios to guide end‑to‑end software project delivery.
• Leverage experience in retail O2O transformation and express logistics operations when relevant.
• Draft high‑quality solution proposals and presentations in English, ensuring clear communication of value.
• Maintain a proactive, self‑driven attitude focused on customer value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, IT, AI, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management, software project delivery, or supply chain consulting.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred for local client engagement.
