Spa Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the award‑winning Mandarin Oriental Jumeira team as a Spa Attendant, delivering impeccable service in a pristine ocean‑front resort. You will ensure the spa environment meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Check, clean and set up all spa premises according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Replenish consumables, supplies and maintain furniture, fixtures and equipment in perfect working condition.
• Report any breakage, damage or loss to spa management and coordinate repairs.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and follow all procedural guidelines.
• Manage stock levels, collect supplies and ensure items are stored correctly.
• Secure the spa after hours, lock doors and verify safe use of electrical appliances.
• Complete shift checklists, update the communication log book and inform management of any issues.
