Spa Concierge

About the role
The Spa Concierge will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira. You will ensure a seamless, luxurious experience while upholding the brand’s standards of integrity, respect and responsible service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of all spa areas, including reception, retail, consultation pods and tea lounge.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards such as LQE, MOQA and Forbes.
- Safeguard guest and employee personal data and adhere to the hotel’s data protection and social media policies.
- Support learning and development initiatives and participate in additional duties assigned by management.
- Act as a hotel ambassador, promoting a harassment‑free, inclusive environment.
