Spa Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Fairmont Dubai is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead its luxury spa and recreation operations. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will shape short‑ and long‑term strategies that drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, financial performance, and health‑safety excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in line with Fairmont Spa brand standards, delivering memorable experiences.
• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring productivity, expense control, and maximisation of revenue opportunities.
• Conduct selection interviews, manage onboarding, and coordinate ongoing training for spa staff.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director on project planning, service enhancements, and brand‑compliant initiatives.
• Maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the facility.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, and service sequences.
• Ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team.
• Commitment to delivering anticipative, guest‑focused service.
