Spa Operations Manager

About the role

The Spa Operations Manager will lead all aspects of spa performance, from daily operations and staff management to marketing and financial reporting. You will ensure the spa delivers exceptional guest experiences while meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee spa operations, staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
• Control operational costs, boost bottom‑line results, and manage inventory accurately.
• Administer product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.
• Schedule staff and clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Interpret financial reports, monitor projected revenue versus expenses.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media and email campaigns.
• Build and maintain a client database and loyalty program.
• Lead recruitment, staffing, and staff attendance management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procedure manuals and ensure adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years managing operations of a mid‑to‑large salon or spa.
• Very good command of English.
