About the role
The Spa Service Expert (Spa Therapist) works within Marriott Hotels & Resorts to create memorable, personalized spa experiences for guests, handling everything from service promotion to payment processing.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail offerings to guests.
- Schedule, confirm and manage spa reservations using the reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions and process payments.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while performing physical tasks such as standing, walking and lifting.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior spa or related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Ability to operate reservation software and verify information accurately.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 10 lb unaided and 25 lb with assistance, and reach overhead and below the knees.
