About the role
The Spa Therapist (Female) will be a key member of the Sheraton Spa team in Sharjah, delivering memorable spa experiences to guests. This full‑time position involves a blend of guest interaction, service promotion, and operational support within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule and confirm spa reservations using the reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related queries, and process payments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving light items (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with assistance), and navigating uneven surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior spa or related work experience required.
- Female candidates as specified in the job title.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and present a professional appearance.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using reservation software for booking management.
