About the role

Discovery Dunes is seeking a Licensed Spa Therapist to join its exclusive Wellness Team. You will create a tranquil sanctuary for members, delivering premium massage and body treatments within a private, members‑only community in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class massage and body treatments that meet Discovery standards.
• Design a peaceful, personalized experience for each member.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and uphold the highest hygiene protocols.
• Act as a wellness ambassador, guiding members through services and experiences.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team that values care, respect, and excellence.

Required profile

• Certified Massage Therapist (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or private club.
• Fluent English with a professional and warm demeanor.
• Physically fit to perform treatments and maintain service quality.
• Eligibility to obtain a Dubai work licence (DHA or relevant authority).
