Key responsibilities

• Provide the full range of spa treatments in line with InterContinental brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with local municipality regulations.
• Retail spa products and suggest home‑care solutions to guests, meeting set retail targets.
• Prepare treatment rooms according to set‑up standards and manage treatment timing accurately.
• Maintain stock levels, refill products, and use them efficiently to control costs.
• Support spa attendants in cleanliness and take ownership of assigned treatment rooms.
• Promote spa services within the hotel and during off‑site events.
