Specialty Restaurant F&B Service Ambassador

About the role

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a specialty restaurant environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring each visitor leaves as a satisfied fan.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Provide proactive guest communication and anticipate needs to create a flawless experience.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring effective service recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow team members (Ambassadors) to maintain a guest‑centric focus.
• Consistently go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
