Specialty Restaurant Waiter – Mediterranean Dining at Josephine

About the role

We are launching Josephine, an elevated Mediterranean dining venue at Rixos Premium Dubai. The restaurant seeks charismatic and experienced Specialty Restaurant Waiters who can turn service into a memorable experience for guests enjoying coastal flavours and sea‑view dining.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, confident, personalised service.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation styles and signature dishes.
• Take and communicate food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver dishes and drinks following the restaurant’s service sequence.
• Anticipate guest needs, maintain table settings, and recommend additional items.
• Understand dietary requirements, allergens and menu modifications, and relay them to the kitchen.
• Collaborate with culinary, bar, hostess and service teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Uphold grooming, cleanliness and restaurant presentation standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure service stations are prepared.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to create genuine guest connections.
• Confident communication skills and thorough menu knowledge.
