Sr. BIM Coordinator

About the role

The Senior BIM Coordinator will lead the BIM process for residential and mixed‑use development projects in Dubai. You will ensure accurate model creation, clash detection, and data exchange across all project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate clash detection and model validation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure compliance with Employer Information Requirements (EIR), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) standards.
• Prepare and deliver COBie data sets and other BIM compliance documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration on BIM 360 and other cloud platforms with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Architectural Technology.
• 5‑7 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years focused on BIM management.
• Proven background delivering residential and mixed‑development projects in Dubai.
