Sr. Product Manager, DEX, Delivery Experience

About the role

Amazon’s Delivery Experience (DEX) team in the MENA region is seeking a senior product manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery experience for customers. You will combine P&L ownership, product strategy, and business development to ensure Amazon delivers the best possible service.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the DEX product roadmap, aligning vision across stakeholder groups.
• Own P&L and business strategy for delivery experience initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to launch new features and improve operational excellence.
• Analyze complex data to generate insights and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product, program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience owning roadmap strategy, end‑to‑end product delivery and feature trade‑offs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to assess viability of decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
