Sr. Specialist Marketing CRM

About the role

Your mission is to work closely with our CRM team to ensure smooth project execution. As a Senior Specialist, you will own and implement CRM campaigns at the country level for Talabat.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with the Campaign Ops team to launch campaigns addressing local market challenges such as churn and frequency drops.
• Forecast, align and monitor campaign spend, ensuring adherence to monthly, quarterly and annual CRM budgets.
• Monitor lifecycle campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on best practices and learnings from other markets.
• Provide visibility for local marketing teams on performance and cost evolution.
• Formulate data‑backed hypotheses to optimise ROI from existing flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent with a strong data focus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Braze (or similar) is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset and passion for results.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible, detail‑oriented and a good team player.
