Stakeholder Engineer – Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Stakeholder Engineer to join our infrastructure project team in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the main liaison between the project team, government authorities, utility providers and other key stakeholders, ensuring that all approvals, NOCs and permits are obtained on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Municipality, DMT, ITC, ADDC/AADC, EtihadWE, ADSSC, telecom operators and other authorities.
• Review project drawings and technical submissions to identify stakeholder requirements and interface issues.
• Track and follow up on NOCs, permits, approvals and clearances, maintaining registers and approval trackers.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager/Resident Engineer.
• Support the design and construction teams in resolving utility interface and site‑related stakeholder issues.
• Maintain interface matrices, correspondence records and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority procedures and utility interface processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder coordination and obtain NOCs and permits.
