Stakeholder Engineer – UAE National

About the role

Waagner Biro Bridge Services is looking for a detail‑oriented Stakeholder Engineer to act as the bridge between technical teams, management and external parties on its Dubai projects. The role focuses on aligning stakeholder expectations with project objectives while ensuring clear communication across all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and manage stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies.
• Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of project goals.
• Document specifications, scope and deliverables in accessible formats.
• Conduct meetings, workshops and presentations to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse risks related to stakeholder interests and recommend mitigation.
• Prepare reports and dashboards tracking engagement metrics and project progress.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiate balanced solutions.
• Maintain organized documentation systems and stakeholder databases.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives by incorporating stakeholder input.

Required profile

• UAE National eligibility.
• 0‑2 years of experience in stakeholder management, project coordination or engineering support.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
