Stakeholder Manager

About the role

Mace is delivering a large mixed‑use regeneration project in Abu Dhabi, combining commercial workplaces, retail units and public realm. The Stakeholder Manager will work within the Stakeholder and Communications Centre of Excellence, providing functional support to ensure clear collaboration, safety, and service excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and embed Mace’s Safety First values, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Implement stakeholder and communications frameworks aligned with client and Mace requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Support reporting, continuous improvement and best‑practice delivery across the project.
• Lead integrated teams to achieve programme KPIs, client outcomes and quality standards.
• Manage scope, budgets, risk, change and quality with confidence.
• Drive collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing within Mace.

Required profile

• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team contributor.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and basic construction lifecycle awareness.
• Professional membership or equivalent development and project delivery experience across property, infrastructure or construction.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management skills with an inclusive leadership approach.
