Stock Controller Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Controller Officer to join our team and ensure accurate inventory management across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track stock movement, transfers, receipts, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with warehouses, stores, purchasing, and other departments.
• Identify damaged, missing, expired, or slow‑moving stock and report accordingly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.
• Monitor stock availability and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Assist with stock audits and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and policies.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse, or a similar role.
• Must speak Arabic.
• Experience with inventory management systems and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze stock data and identify discrepancies.
• Retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or distribution experience preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
