Stock Keeper

About the role

The Stock Keeper ensures that merchandise is received, inspected, stored and issued efficiently within the shop. Working closely with the Shop Manager and Sales Associates, the role supports inventory accuracy and product availability on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and verify quantities both physically and electronically.
• Inspect product quality, identify damaged or incorrect items and report discrepancies.
• Classify and store items daily according to shop procedures to enable quick retrieval.
• Organize merchandise by characteristics, tag newly arrived or returned items as instructed.
• Participate in inventory counts when requested and report end‑of‑day inventory status.
• Assist Sales Associates in replenishing shelves to maintain product availability.
• Report suspected theft or loss‑prevention issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of sales policies, promotions and new items.

Required profile
