Store Associate – Retail Discount

About the role

The Store Associate supports daily store operations in a fast‑moving discount retail environment. You will work across the cash office, commercial floor and receiving areas to keep the store tidy, well‑stocked and customer‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise shelf space and maintain clean, presentable displays in both sales floor and warehouse.
• Support the receiving team by checking, receiving and displaying new products.
• Assist the Central Cash Office by scanning and packaging purchases at the checkout.
• Replenish shelves, ensure correct labeling, pricing and product assortment.
• Identify slow‑moving or expired stock and prioritize its handling.
• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers and promote sales.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations for the store and warehouse.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of commercial experience in a similar retail setting.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a multicultural environment.
• Diploma in Business Management or Administration is a plus.
